Welcome to the "Yoga & Drumming Experience in Sardinia"

 

       What is the RhythOm experience..?

​

   Based in the Costa Smeralda near San Teodoro, Sardinia the RhythOm Retreat / holiday location is situated upon the grounds of a Hotel Residence Lu Nibareddu which is a Mediterranean Hotel & Villa Residence.

The RhythOm Holiday retreat is a perfect addition to the beautiful & inspiring mediterranean countryside with Villas and holiday apartments set on the gentle slope leading down to Porto Taverna beach. Opposite the beach we have the Island of Tavolara being, as we wish to aspire - Always Present..!

 

There is a 3 Km dirt track leading to the sea, our morning location for Yoga...by the sea!..and for many THE essential preparation for the coming re-vitalisation in Yoga practice is Starting the day with a walk to the sea for Yoga and Pranyama (breathing exercises).

 Our intention is to provide an incredible Holiday-retreat experience, set in one of the worlds most beautiful regions with enlightening yogis, teachers & facilitators guiding guests with effective and fun daily practice.

 

After the Yoga session is finished, you have approx 5 Hours (depending upon the schedule) until the Afternoon Djembe Drumming Workshop will start. The Drumming will be at a small amphitheatre on the grounds or by the sea..

 A Full Size Djembe Drum will be loaned to you fo the duration of the Holiday and will be your responsibility to take care of until the Holiday is complete.

 

    The RhythOm Experience works with the venue Lu Nibareddu to provide the best experience possible.

           All bookings are Half Board with 2 Restaurants and Bars on the site and + swimming pool.

 

                      Accommodation is Half Board and there is airport transfers available + FREE WiFi
