Welcome to our "Yoga & Drumming Experience in Sardinia"
What is the RhythOm experience..?
Based in the Costa Smeralda near San Teodoro, Sardinia the RhythOm Retreat / holiday location is situated upon the grounds of a Hotel Residence Lu Nibareddu which is a Mediterranean Hotel & Villa Residence.
The RhythOm Holiday retreat is a perfect addition to the beautiful & inspiring mediterranean countryside with Villas and holiday apartments set on the gentle slope leading down to Porto Taverna beach.
Opposite the beach we have the Island of Tavolara - being, as we wish to aspire - always Present..!
Our mini-retreats provide an incredible Holiday-retreat experience, set in one of the worlds most beautiful regions with enlightening yogis, teachers & facilitators guiding guests with effective and fun daily practice.
Why & How..
Our aim is to provide an economical, easy-to-reach 3 Days of Daily Practice of Yoga & West African Percussion that is unforgettable and enhances your experience of these 2 fundamental cultural activities.
Day 1 & Day 5 are for arrival / greeting & departure. There will be a group meal on the evening of Day 1 the
2nd MAY to provide all information on daily meetings / times of workshops & answer any questions.
RhythOm mini-retreats are for a maximum number of 12 Guests
After the Morning Yoga session is finished, there will be time to either explore, locally or lay on the beach.. until the afternoon's Djembe Drumming Workshop will start.
The Yoga & the Drumming workshops will be held on the Yoga platform with inspiring views of the countryside and sea.
A Full Size Djembe Drum will be loaned to you for the drumming workshops
The RhythOm Experience works with the venue Lu Nibareddu to provide the best experience possible.
All bookings are Half Board with 3 Restaurants and Bars on the site and + swimming pool, idyllic walks
Accommodation is Half Board and there is airport transfers available + FREE WiFi
